A non-profit organisation established in Odisha in 2006 with a mission to empower marginalised communities and promote sustainable development through participatory approaches — focusing on women, children, youth and senior citizens through community-based initiatives.

To enhance the social, economic, and environmental conditions of marginalised groups — especially women and children — by equipping them with knowledge and skills that enable sustainable income generation through optimal use of available resources.
